Subscription & Billing

  • How does billing work?

    All paid plans are billed monthly per active seat. You can change or cancel any time from your account page; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

    No long-term contracts on Standard or Plus. The Business plan has a minimum of 3 concurrent seats — licenses are per-person and cannot be shared.

  • Can I switch plans?

    Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

  • Do you offer annual billing?

    Annual billing is available on Plus and Business plans at a discount. Contact sales for the current rate.

Certifications

  • Are Care Solutions Training certificates accredited?

    Yes. Courses are issued through accredited providers and are recognized for continuing-education credit by major eldercare credentialing bodies. Each certificate states the accreditation, hours, and the issuing body.

  • Will the certificate satisfy my state requirements?

    Our courses meet the most common state continuing-education requirements for eldercare staff. Specific state approval is noted on each course page. If your state is not listed, contact support — we will confirm and add it if eligible.

  • How do learners prove completion?

    Every certificate has a unique verifiable ID and can be downloaded as a PDF, shared by link, or exported in bulk by administrators.

Refund Policy

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Individual plans (Standard, Plus): full refund within 14 days of first payment if you have completed fewer than 2 courses. Business plans: pro-rated refund of unused seats within the first 30 days.

  • What if a course does not meet my expectations?

    Email support@caresolutionstraining.com within 7 days of completion and we will either replace the course at no charge or credit your account.

  • Are you a new company?

    No. Care Solutions Training is part of Care Solutions, Inc. — the team that built one of the country’s largest professional-development platforms for early-childhood educators, delivering more than a million accredited courses before we divested that business to focus on eldercare. Same team, same standards, new mission.

  • Why eldercare specifically?

    The U.S. eldercare workforce is short more than 1.4 million workers by 2030, and most existing training was designed for regulators rather than the workforce. We are aiming more than three decades of accredited training expertise at the problem.

Why is this needed

    Frontline caregivers, administrators/managers, and family liaisons. Family members of elders also benefit from our family-focused modules.

Group Plans

  • What is the minimum size for a Business plan?

    3 concurrent seats. Each seat is a per-person license — licenses cannot be shared.

  • Can administrators see who has completed what?

    Yes. The Business plan includes an administrator dashboard with per-learner progress, completion records, and compliance exports.
