For more than three decades, our team built and grew one of the country's largest professional-development platforms for early-childhood educators, serving thousands of programs, school districts, and state credentialing bodies. We divested that business in recent years to focus our energy on the next workforce frontier the country can no longer ignore: eldercare.
Eldercare is short more than a million workers by 2030. Caregivers, administrators, and families are trying to deliver consistent care on top of fragmented training, inconsistent expectations, and a regulatory landscape that keeps changing.
