Is this a subscription? Will I be billed again automatically?
No. This is a one-time purchase per seat for the Onboarding Certificate program, not a recurring subscription. You won’t be billed again unless you choose to buy more seats.
What happens if a seat isn’t used within the year?
As long as it’s been assigned or started, it’s counted as used. Unused seats (never assigned, never started) roll over to the next year instead of expiring.
Can I enroll the same person again later (rehire, refresher, replacement certificate)?
Yes, but it’s a new purchase. Each seat covers one person’s one enrollment in the program.
Do I get certificate copies as the admin?
Yes. Print or download a certificate for any team member who completes the program, for your own records or an audit.
